Hi everybody can somebody tell me why my box,from time to time keeps freezing some of my lines I cant even open. I have paid for a package, I have a technomate 5402. Is it the box or the server. Please could someone help. Thank you.

About what packages/providers / channels are we speaking.
A sentence like' the box is freezing' is of no help here .....
Please in detail :
Latest TM firmware version
Latest Phantom Version
Which channel/transponder/provider/package
signal strenth/quality
keyfile Date ?
Describe in detail what is happening, Do you need a reboot ? , Do you see something in the LED frond display, etc .....
What is your network setup/type of network connection
Djeez, put some Time in this and you will get help.
