dreambox lnr

any Help guys I have dreambox in one room and my sky box in another connected to to sat feeds my sky box has all channels while dreambox is dropping channels like flies I've just lost FXHD and others, I uninstalled and re-installed everything in box but no joy I swapped the feeds over with no luck either. E.g. I get BBC west but not BBC Scotland and when I press OK on remote it shows frequency as slightly different from each other - then LNR at 0% and AGC 99% on one and LNR 89% and AGC 98% on the other. Is it safe to manually install the channels rather than using rats bouquet, Or is something else wrong.

my box seems to have different set up features when I go into service searching there is no option for transponder list
