If it's space your after you could try the openpli images, I compiled one over the weekend and they have CCcam in the squashfs (/bin) so that will save over 780kb of space in /var .

I never put it onto the box as during the compile I bought a tm800 so it's not worth playing with the dm500 now.

for anyone else with this problem i downloaded via the blue button
pli 20090627. Not the maxvar or the new drivers images just the one that has nothing after the numbers

I'm experience the same problem as well.

If I want to view FTA channels on 28.2e, do I still need a sly card inserted in the dm500s?
