Bt Sport help ??

well I hope someone can help,,,,, I have a tm800 1.2m motorized dish etc and just today I went to look at bt sports and I get a blank screen.
I have looked on lyngsat and king of sat and the transponder info I can get is this

12515 / H / 22000 / 5/6 and 12574 / H / 23000 8/9

is this still correct or has it moved to another transponder, if so does anyone have any info on it please.

Hey bobby, soz u had to move this post m8y, I put it there coz I felt it was applicable to everyone else as regardless of make of box .
but anyway ??.. do you no if transponder freq etc are still active or have moved again.

Those TP's are working ok.
MAybe laod another sat xml file?

even when I go to sat find and put details in I get no % and no lock etc ??

how can that be but I put a different transponder in and it locks fine..

point me in the right direction of .xml file and sum info on it bud azam still a bit new to this

I think that the TM's have a problem with certain TPs, I have a 5402 HD M2, it will see 12515 but I get no signal on 12574, my other receivers receive it fine, I have been told that an attenuator might help as the signal may be too strong.
