I just reply back saying: kewl I am professional porn star anyway so enjoy it....

I thought about replying but was put off by half a dozen other junk emails. Those are the ones that offer you a chance to unsubscribe. I think they are merely getting you to confirm your email address. I could see quite a few who had replied "Unsubscribe" and had therefore verified their email address.
Don't know what they could be used for but I prefer to ignore them.
