Binfile problem

I can someone help i am using a cardmaster programmer the problem is when i try and put my binfile into external eeprom the file does not show up in the listing where i have saved it (desktop) i have used bin2hex. also tried selecting file type still file not show up in my programmer: shocked2 been through readme text still can not get my head around it:Mad2: try to do a funcard AU

save the file into its own folder

if u r still haveing problems pm me ur ird and b/k and also who ur provider is and i will send u one

Now the problem is the screen is blank only 1,2,3, channels working in Eng menu card status is mute err & credit limit is £00.00:Mad2:
