6800/6900 cccam patch

a reply about some of what was reported ;)

I tested all below for few hours in a hop zero server. 100% no problems with seca /cryptowok/irdeto/nd$/viaccess, all encryptions, if you are getting problems it is probably the server, not the receiver.

How many hops away are the cards you are connecting to?

the server im connected to is zero hops but still a black screen

0 hops directly towards a Tv vlaanderen full & Nederland Digitaal Full & Telesat Full.

But i noticed you have to put in systems settings CAS the Blue Button and select fro encryption AUTO.
THEN newcamd Runs fine.
I have not yet tested for CCcam
Butr for CCcam on hop0 some channels just stay Black ......
Could you give some more tips around the CCcam config in the server ?
(THE F-LINE)
I think the problem must be there ....

CCCAM = FEEDBACK
I am testing with this F-LINE :

F: test test 2 0 1 { 0:0:3 }

Tv Vlaanderen

It takes up to 10 secs sometimes to open a channel.(SECA MEDIAGUARD 3)
Like TV1 ....
Sometimes a channel starts / breakups and gets black. Like TV1
Then I have to restart the connection or power reboot.

SOme Mediaguard channels open up more easy than others. Very strange
Like VT4, Jim Tv, Vtm, Vitaya ...

Sometimes when i restart the connection when on a mediaguard channel
the technomate reboots.

SkyUK is very very stable :)

I am very glad with this Patch :))) and we already there for 75% i guess.
Thanx for your hard work & delivering this to the public !

Re: 6800/6900 cccam patch External CCcam servers (internet)

It seems to get an external CCcam server 'on the interinet' it is very difficult for me.
I tried :
- Dynamic Domain Name, did not work ...
- Resolved IP adress, did not work ...

I am under te impression that the routing is not done entirely OK on the Technomate. I use exact the same settings i would use on my QboxHD or Dreambox. But it seems that the Technomate can not pass the router very strange...(or another problem)
For example
IP 192.168.1.10
NETMASK 255.255.255.0
GW 192.168.1.1
DNS = GW = 192.168.1.1

when i connect internally towards my dreambox CCcam for example = OK
when i connect externally towards an external CCcam server with dynamic name or Ip adress = Not OK

Also, when using more than one connection (CCcam) the tm gets confused somehow.
For example :
My first connection = CCcam internal network = ACTIVE + connected
My second connection = CCcam external network = ACTIVE + not connected
When i try to connect the 2nd connection the 1st connection SOMETIMES stopped working...
Then i need to reset the 2nd -nonworking- connection and reconnect the 1st connection. = OK

ANy Idea ?

Re: 6800/6900 cccam patch External CCcam servers (internet)

enter details and press connect, it will fail, go into IP menu, turn off DHCP and turn it back on, press exit, enter 8281 menu and it will now connect for you ;)

Re: 6800/6900 cccam patch , I do not want to use dhcp

Hi Digi,

that is a fine explanation but I do not want to use DHCP as I use Fixed Ip's in my highly secured network.

I noticed when you use the second line in Menu 8281 and the first Line is deactivated. It does not even want to start Newcam that is working fine though on the first line.

So Known bugs so far :

External connection problem with fixed IP (domain name or resolved Ip adress)
Second Line input Problem
Newcamd Stable but CCcam not stable(from time to time the image goes black or PAUSES)
Sudden reboots when testing with new CCcam Lines in menu 8281

I would like to see a nice FAQ about the FILTER option lines if possible

I hope this can be fixed :)

Wolftje, emailed your post off, and got a reply :)

Hi Mate.
many users do not follow below instructions
lots problem if this is not done

1-Do backup by USB or save as default in factory reset menu
2-Do factory reset/turn off from rear for 30 seconds
3-restore your channels ..if problems, do a fresh scan

Regards.

Hi all, just loaded the latest updated CCcam patch from here onto my
TM6900 HD, have to say so far it works perfectly, only tried Sxx UK but so far all OK.

Many thanks to those who have made it possible.

Just an update to say that I did not factory reset the box but all appears OK though.

Looks like we no longer have the dolby digital audio track available in the
channel audio menu, just says stereo only, perhalps a factory resest is needed afteral, perhalps someone could comment.

Many thanks

if you backup your channel data, then yes all sats will be saved as well m8, write down your usals settings for lat/lon though as these probably wont be saved

they will be saved with a filename containing todays date

so something like

151120091245.cndf

When I first loaded the patch it worked great guns. Updated to 701 and now the cccam is very hit and miss. Tried every thing including factory resets, rescan, RS232, go back, no joy. When it does clear get lots of break up. Any ideas?
