DART http://www.dartpro.com/index.html seems to be an audio noise reduction bit of software? Are the downloaded files split like you would normally expect for a winrar'd release? I've had a good look about and :err: Have you tried forcing the file(s) to open with winrar? Above all...

What ftp program are you using m80? Perhaps try a different one before reflashing :)

I changed from avast! to Avira Antivir Personal, on a whim rather than for a specific reason a few months ago and never had any probs. (The full Avira suite is on the PCPro A-List which is generally a good indicator).
