Cloned Ambit 250 No Longer Working

My cloned 250 has stopped working today and has had to be reflashed with a new MAC address so it's all working again for now. Anyone got any suggestions as to why it has stopped working? The only thing I can think of is that it maybe because of the heavy downloading I do using eMule?

A friends has also stopped working both seem to have gone down at the same time, sometime this morning.

Okay, I reflashed the modem with a new MAC and it's lasted 12 hours or so and then died. I have reflashed it again just and it's working once more. Does anyone have any ideas?

It may seem daft but check your ubr. My Ambit 250 went off suddenly and I had problems getting it back online until I noticed that they had moved me from ubr01 to ubr06.

Happened again, lasted about an hour. Should I try a MAC trade again?

modems been going down all over the place in ex c+w. i have 12 friends that have modems that have all lost connection. luckily mine is still working.. they've tried changinging the macs. they last anything up to 12 hours then no connection again.. these are scattered around the city with different ubr...one mate has tried 8 different mac addresses . they connect once then nothing. something is definately going on...

same here m8 they work ive plugged them in my pc without changing the mac ....when i gave my m8 back it worked again even without changing mac for a couple of days ..then off again ...but still work here ...so ive done the bpi false and gave it back to see how he goes on ...will let you no
