Hi Bit of a novice, how do I install this. Have just removed Wookie Lite to try this but a bit unsure, Thanks
If it's on a fire stick I use the restore option on ADB fire.

Yes just send to ad card, that's how I do it. You can build artwork into the build but it's not worth the hassle.

Sorry to be a pain but I have tried restoring your file but it is not recognised, do I need to change anything first.
I backedup Kodi with adbfire to see how it works and that was fine (did not restore) but your file format is different. I am obviously missing something here.

What device is it your using. You also have to extract the file before you restore it as it is a rar file...
You also have clear data on Kodi and the open it and give it a first run.
I think I need make a video tutorial but it will have to be next week sorry.

Have got it working now, (fire stick) didnt realise it was a rar file and had to rename it, so once that was done it was straightforward

Here's latest build update. Added a kids section and some more addons, Exodus, DNA TV and Halow TV.
Backup you kodi data first
You need to clear data on kodi then launch it and let it update close kodi and then restore build folder DWZ BUILD 200116 using adb fire. Make sure you extract the file first as it is a rar file. If you want some artwork on the build you will need to push the image to the sdcard using adbfire. I have supplied some images in the link below. The links below are the build, Artwork and some video on how to customise the build.

n00b question, but how do I get this build on the firestick? Ive created a zip and pushed it, but it wont let me install it, something about wrong file structure or something.

When i click restore on adbfire it says it cannot restore whilst org.xbmc.kodi is running?!?!
Should I turn off the firestick or something?
You can only restore and backup when kodi is shutdown. You will need the firestick powered on. Do you have anything installed on kodi like another build or is it a clean install ok kodi

From within firestick applications find kodi and click on "stop" button (or something similar named). You should clear data as well.
Note: This is from within actual firestick menus rather than kodi menus.
Its clean install of kodi. I pushed a zip version to the firestick but it didnt work. Im now pushing the DWZ folder to it. I presume it goes to the SD Card
No you do not use push you use the restore option on adb fire. Push is for zip file or artwork. Restore is for restoring kodi folders like the DWZ one I have suplied
Yeah I clicked restore. I presumed the terminology is the same, as you're pushing a file to the stick.
