looking for N3 HACKER

A masters degree in Electronic Engineering (5yrs) to successfully dismantle the card and figure out what everything does. less than a straightforward process to be entirely honest.
The ability to code for embeded systems (a degree in Computer Science, another 4 years) to write the actual CAM software for embeded systems and create the firmware needed to run it on conventional boxes. You can effectively forgo this portion eintirely if your only wanting to develop modules for neutrino systems like the dbox2 where your only going to require some decent coding skills in c/c++ and a deeper understanding of linux. Otherwise you'll need to fully understand ASM on a variety of different chipsets, be able to edit and create elf files and be able to fully debug.
A hardcore background in mathmatics, so another degree of 4+ years. this is primarily for the decryption involved and a deep understanding of the background math to allow you to do so.
Access to acid etch baths, electron microscopes and rework stations is also fairly essential.
So from scratch your looking at 15 or so years of hardcore work and research to get a release out.
Good luck with that. and loads and loads of money
