to clarify a few points, I have lived next door to the guy since 1998 - and I know for a fact he has not worked in that period (he is 42 years old) and I also know from a few sources who know him very well that he has cheated the benefit system by claiming for money he is not entitled to (including his wife as well).
as for grassing it up, before I do such, I would gather all the necessary information to prove he is cheating the system.
My original rant was this guy has such a large sum of money on him to afford such a large project work on the property with such a income (we are talking atleast 60 thousand here).
Also this is not the first extension he has done, he did one few years back a single storey one (which I assumw cost him up to 20k) - so one wonders how he can save/get such a large amount of money in such a short period of time. I know you can say he has savings etc - also he does not do the lottery or has come into any inheritance.

Cant do that m8 Big Brother is on lol
so it might be his owned property and he's using the collateral ..
other information I have had, a old guy died last year down the road, the son of the dead guy got the house of his dad, the next door guy went over to see him and was willing to buy the property in cash (the dead guys son told me this). So where is all this money coming from I have to ask and no he is not a drug dealer etc.
Also he has asked me on numerous occasions if I ever sell my house, he would like to buy him.
Now with this kind of property investement he could potentially do, shouldnt the benfits people made aware of this ?
it doesnt make sense to me for someone to be on benefits to afford such large investments.no
I am not jealous if his property increases in value, just pissed people like him can screw the systems to such an extent where as others who are entitled to benefits dont get and have to live in poverty with the basic stuff.

anyone on benifit and is cheating should be shopped straight away, after all WE are paying for their lifestyle etc.
