VU+ Solo2 Vu+ Solo2 Sunray Channel problems

Hey guys

Yesterday I plugged in my box for the first time and I need help as I receive all the freesat channels but not the premium channels skysports,BT etc... still not clear!?
I purchased the box with a "premium Channel subscription" but is still not working and i messaged the guy who i purchased The box but still no answer :-/
Anyone an idea how it works on a different way?

Image do you have on the box and is the cam started ?

I have a vu solo2 sunray with a blackhole Image. But i will download a newer version. Can i install the newer version without that i have to install all plugs again???

So installing a new image is just going to wipe your sub, make sure you retrieve the cfg from the etc folder before flashing a image .

But before flashing an image press the blue button. Is the cam your using running ?

the cam is running i only have problems now with some channels (bt setanta premier etc) glitching?!

i try to update my blackhole image via usb but the box dont start the update after i put the usb stick in and starts the box.
what do i wrong??/

Glitching is down to the server your connected to nothing really you can do.

Did you use an image for your sunray model say this one.

Have you just changed the skin on that image ?

before i flash the image i wanted to change the skin (just for fun) and this is now the result....stupid i know ....anyway so how can i fix this now? its still in the blue screen starting gui

ftp in to /usr/share/enigma2 and delete the folder with the name of the skin you just installed.

Now reboot and the image should use the default skin and fully boot.

done it....but still blue startscreen (starting gui)

i flashed my box now to the new blackhole....its working but now all the plugins are delete....what is the next step to have the box working like before?

You need to install a cam of your choice mgcamd for example from the download section.

Now FTP the to the tmp folder then press the green button then yellow button and choose manual install.

Then isnstall some channel settings from the blackhole panel or scan the sats you want.

Edit your config in etc with your line.

You have to wait 24hrs after making your 5th post then your privledges will be updated and you can download.

sooooo i installed tspanel cams rats dw channel updater after this he show me "service unavaible...check tuner configuration"

i dont know what i have to do now?

Have you set up the tuner ?
Im not sure off hand where this is on BH images but sounds like you need to set up tuner

Hello again
i have a strange problem with my vu solo2 sunray
sometimes i have a timeout/freeze on a channel for example ss1(sky sports) when i change the Channel in this time to ss2 its running normal straight away and if i switch back everthings runs normal?! I use cccam 2.2.1 at the Moment but i tried from 2.0.11 to 2.3.0 everthing but i still have this Problem sometimes? its running 2-3 hours without problems and sometimes i have 2-4 timeouts/freeze a hour?!
my box is connect with a cable to the router. Somebody have an idea what the issue is?

Freezing is usually down to who your connected to or your network is under load say with torrents running in the background.

You could try running a different cam say Oscam or Mgcamd to see if it helps.
