wireless settings

hi guys i just reformatted my laptop (dell insprion 8600) everything is fine fully updated with wga removed and updated explorer 7 and all updates. but i am having one problem. everytime i start the machine or log off and back on the wireless settings seem to change and the wzc (wireless zero configuration) turns off and i have to start it again from services and change my wireless advance settings to make windows configure my wireless settings. any idea what i can do to change this permanently so i dont have to do it everytime i start my laptop. many thanks in advance guys for ur help.: thanks :

Make sure you have ONLY the drivers installed for the wireless card. If you are using WZC uninstall ALL 3rd party wireless card applications!!

They can conflict like hell!

ohh yeah.. and make sure the WZC is set to automatic in Services

thanks for the reply timbo pretty dumb of me actually went into dell wireless utility and unticked let this utility manage my wireless connection.will give it a restart and let u know how i get on.
