wierd problem

hiya, ive got abit of a wierd problem, short story is i transfered all my games i had on my internal hdrive onto my external hdrive, now when i have external hdrive connected to ps3 and go into backup manager all my games are there, but when i connect my external hdrive to me pc the only games i can see are the game that were on there in the first place, ive tried setting it to show hidden folders but still no joy, i no the games are on there as i copied them over using awesum file manager and they are there in backup manager aswell, anyone help on this wierd problem ? thanks
