Why cant I get imagine Champion Rider???

Ive tried everywhere to get Imagine Champion Rider on nzb and torrents and cant find it anywhere I can find it fo PC,Wii etc but nothing for DS anyone know how to get it or if u can get it! I know its available in the shops!
