I'm sure that would be the case now but I think the idea was that they'd done that it in the first place with at least some rules in place & they'd have saved a fortune, we install big dishes & it really annoys me the reactions you can get to even just 1m dishes let alone 1.8s 2.4s 3ms and yet anyone can put up a 3m gazebo, shed, greenhouse, trampoline & even certain garages & house extensions or whatever without any planning, I think it is really unfair dishes are treated any different if ground mounted or on a big flat roof (they look great to me) but believe me, photos like those don't help any of us.
