where have my threads gone?

not sure if this is the right place, but since the site has come back online, all my previous threads seem to have gone and my avatar has gone, and a private message i was sent (i had the email notification) has dissapeared!

can anyone help?

we have had 2 servers running and we could only get a backup of one of them, because our old hosts went bust and left us in the shit

very sorry about that, but you can add an avatar in your user cp at the top of the pages or at the very bottom of the forums !!.
