What Spider is this and how do I get rid of it?

Ok guys I was considering to catch it in a glass bottle and sell it on ebay but then I thought I have a better idea.
I have taken it down, put it in frying pan and mixed up some vegies and spices.
Spider Stirfry round myne tonight at 8pm - dont be late!!

On a serious note, I took it down with a stick and paper and put it in the garden

for whom? had a few here in my new house given me the abdabs i can tell ya.!! my partner says he dont want to kill em , they eat flies etc, id rather have flies indoors than spiders!!! i make him dump em way up other end the garden and shut back door quick hahaha xx

Flies all the way for me. They carry germs and disease and God knows what but they don't creep up on me in the early hours and scare the crap out of me.

I fooking hate flies i would rather a spider than flies in the house.

Once though i opened my outside cupboard and there was this white sack hanging from a web i think i must have upset it and fooking houndreds of these black and yellow baby spiders all ran towards me house lol.... it got messy!

And i clocked the mumma spider and she was huge there was no chance that 100's of these fookers was taking up rent space in my house... would be a scream a minute with my mrs.

But anything that eats flies is more than alright with me!

This is a HOUSE SPIDER, they don't live outside. It will be back by sun up.
Unless he put it near the shed, then that's where it will live, ready to scare the shit out of him when he gets the mower out.

The only reason it did in the first place was because it was hot 2 weeks back so we had left the doors and windows open.
