I need a sat nav very soon for use with my work, i keep getting new customers and not knowing where they live.

What can u recommend, i don't want to spend much more than £100, ive noticed theres lots of deals around that price but what one to choose,i would like one that has good graphics, takes a full postcode and u don't need to be a brain surgeon to understand. One other thing if possible for the price, a decent sized screen, hope im not asking for too much lol.

Are you looking for a dedicated sat nav unit (Garmin, TomTom, Navman, etc) or do you want a PDA which will take sat nav software?

I think you'll struggle to get a decent one for £100.

Whats the PDA thingy your talkin about, thats new to me,dont no much about all this.
As for price i caught an ad for halfords on saturday

It's just that you posted in the PDA Navigation room so I got a little confused lol - easily done in my case lol.

I know someone who has a Navman and they say it's excellent, has postal code search function, voice commands, everything. I have TomTom on my phone and it's pretty much the same thing.

Didnt realise the difference untill i looked back there,is pda is that hand held ones then.

I'll maybe have a look at the navman ones and pick the best spec cheers.

just in my opiniun u wanna be going for a stand along tomtom , or a pda with the cabability to take tomtom , i say tomtom , because of the updates and tweaks if u like u can do with tomtom , voices updated monthley speed camera, just for starters and there are a lot more user friendly for newbies
