virus av.exe

so i somehow got this virus, runs as av.exe
it activates the windows security centre (looks real) and identifies a bunch of fake viruses on the comp so urging you to buy some software.
if i stop it via task manager just comes back up. and it KEEPS popping up every few seconds.

managed to download stopzilla, but its only isolated it as i realised it isn't free. I have malware bytes, but this won't detect it.
suggestions? neither does norton

turn off restore

boot into safe mode and run from there once clean reboot to normal mode and test/
