Why are you scanning?

Have you got another receiver to test motor with?

I have old sky box which is pulling in channels from same cable & lnb when I connect to it.

Guys whilst playing with settings in Satfinder I noticed that if I change System from DVB-s to DVBs2 & modulation from QPSK to 8PSK then the SNR does not jump around and stays steady with signal. So with info anyone can anyone help me please?

If you set your receiver as fixed on 28.2, does it work. They are two separate tuners. Both failing is possible but unlikely.

No it does not work. At the moment I am experimenting and have put cable in Tuner B with simple positioner setting USALS and at Tuner A not configured. It is not locking just flicking if I set it as fixed
