Tumble Dryer Fires

After getting in touch with them via twitter i eventually got a free replacement as my dryer was less than a year old,the new one lasted all off 3 cycles and gave up the ghost,im now without a dryer for over a month,at least the original one worked and could be used if supervised,also seen loads of people saying they are just not turning up even for booked appointments.....still waiting damply...lol

Our dryer was one of the ones that could catch fire. Its five years only and they have offered us a brand new upgrade drier for £99 and we have opted for this.

Got rid of mine now but had an email with the same offer £99 or if i went upto currys £59 but i would of had to taken the old dryer with me

I could be wrong and don't quote me on it I am sure I read somewhere( here in the UK) that if a appliance or any other goods for that matter that had an inherent fault you can insist on a new replacement or a refund as I say don't quote me but I am sure I have read this somewhere not too long ago
