Toilet problem,

I've got a leak, it's where the pipe comes from the cistern in to the back of the toilet, looks like a compressin joint of some kind, can any one tell me the name of the part I need, been googling but not sussed it yet, I really don't want to replace the toilet, proper cistern with a ball cock

Hey so this is the pipe that comes from the cistern to the toilet pan, measure the pipe diameter you will need something like this

its just a push fit the pipe maybe ok you will need to remove the pipe and clean it well the seal is just a rubber seal clean it too it may be ok worth a try before ya buy new, the link is for a 40mm pipe which would probably need cutting to suit.
