Streaming TM 500 Super to the net

hey everyone ,

I want to stream my Technomate 500 Super to the internet where my family can see it away from my house, can anyone tell me how to do this ?

Ive read this works ? something for you to try

TM500: streaming

Web browse to your box
click VLC
when prompted, save this file to your desktop
edit the .m3u file on your desktop
replace the IP address with the ip address of your box, leaving everything else as is.
close and save the .m3u file
double click the file, VLC should open and show live stream.
