Strange problem please someone help

Really hope someone on here can help me im having strange problem with my vu solo ive recorded a film to the hard drive playing back via the box is fine but when i upload the file across from solo to my computer when playing back using windows media audio sound does not match ive even burned to dvd still same problem but when playing back direct from solo works with no problems..

probably codec issue or maybe not compatible with windows media player.. ...try using vlc player this plays just about everything....see HERE

Sounds like codec issue I tend to K-Lite codec and pack and play files using media player classic

Thanks guys but how would i burn to dvd without audio problem ?

dont know about that...you cud try updating the fw on your dvd player..

it was solved by running the .TS file through TSdoctor before authoring it to dvd.
