starview4 usb problem no channels

factory reset box now i cant pick up any channels.
any suggestions would be appreciated thank in advance............
ps when scanning its only going through the first 28 frequencies.is this because of nag3
pps area bel n.ire.

same probs here m8,from same area.did not do factory reset but have lost a lot of channels did an auto scan, like yourself 28 freqs only no new channels found? may be the start of the end.had a good run cant complain.
