starview 6 combo

i have just purchased a starview 6 combo,all channels present,but one major issus i have with this box is channels FREEZING up,glitching,more often the not it keep's coming up scrambled,,then kicks in again and for a while,i mainly use it for cable on CS through internet,is there any thing i could try to resolve this,please

you say you have the starview 6 combo,

my understanding is the" Starview 6 Lan" (Cable only) and the
"Starview Combo with Lan" and "Starview Combo without Lan"
ARE THREE DIFFERENT BOXES.
The starview 6 Lan model is the starview usbII update with lan port 9which was s/v 5.
The combo is a different box being the starviewHD Combo ie; cable & satellite,
Sorry in advance if i offend anybody jumping in here.

Please correct me if i am wrong.

He/She must be talking about the Starview HD Combo LAN I guess?

Oh and as to the problems, from what I've read and seen they all do this so welcome to the world of SV CS.
