skybox needs help

hi all,
got a skybox connected to a satdish,i can get all free channels,
i downloaded aj channel list and get all in list but some scrambled,
YouTube did not download so installed firmware update,now all ok,
i got a trial CCcam which come up ONLINE in Client Setup but channels still scrambled..HELP.....where am i going wrong...thanks jk

check your line again make sure username and password details are copied exactly.
