hi i ran the new update and bt sports hd not working until i done a complete scan then they work but you have to do a scan

I didnt know the FEC last night so set it to auto
I had a similar problem before when I had channels set to auto

A lot of the channells from the international section are missing, I just updated it with the recent update of 19/08/15

Ive had a lot of my EPG data dissapear this week, more channels each day.
If i use the VIX auto bouquet maker everything is fine except channel order isnt how i liked RATS and im to lazy to move them lol, also some picons are missing when i use the VIX bouquets :-(

Any ideas why im losing data with yours RAT?

Ive rescanned, formatted my memory stick, messed with settings but no joy.

But what problem? As i say if i delete RATs and use the VIX auto bouquet maker there all fine.
