Power Factor Correction Help

Hi guys, ive got a college project and i need to be able apply a power factor correction of 0.9 to a circuit, do any of you guys know how this is done
p.s i have a supply current of 6.8A @ an angle of -68, 400V, 50 Hz

I'll dig my power, machines and instrumentation notes out later.

Ha, me too cos @ (phi) if i remember. Not done that since my apprenticeship about 10 years ago.

Now just resets and plenty black tape......lol

lol, your right cos phi (cos 68 in my case)its been years since i did it last and like an idiot i failed to keep my notes, i can get it to unity but cant for the life of me figure out how to get it to 0.9:(
