just uninstalled it and installed again and still the same

Im wondering its either something on the laptop that hasnt fully uninstalled or its in the email attachments that Im being sent
in which case even if I formatted the emails with pdfs will still come in the same
:err:

But I do think its my send as this was installed on my laptop

Have a look at the modified date on the files.

Well we do know that their banner can be removed .

When I get a second I'll set up a virtual machine and log the installer activity (unless someone else has a Win10 VM sitting idle...) then try to uninstall it manually. There are reports of the uninstaller not doing exactly what it is supposed to, they have known about this for years and make no attempt to fix it therefore I consider this software ransomware. It has no business tampering with new PDFs after it is uninstalled!
