Portal on remote control

When I press this button, I get a message saying mediaportal plugin not installed. Am I missing a function on my box? Or is this just a key that's not assigned to openatv 5.0.also when I go to download plugins I get a wee blue circle rotating and nothing, I have to switch box on and off at the wall, when eventually I do get a message it's always the same. Box says plugin server offline.

On openatv 5 I had exactly the same issues. Having searched around it seems that the build is only a testing one and for stability you should use 4.2. I ended up going back to openvix hades 012 and it works great. Plugins, crossepg, picons etc all working as they should. When I press the portal button on my remote it opens the plugins menu. Hope this helps.

Okey dokey. I'm not convinced with vix. Back in the day of dbox and early dreambox vix always seemed to be the one with loadsa niggles and updates.
