From what others have told me with there issues I would say you could have picons in 2 places

Search Via ftp picon and see what locations you have picon in

Which will display all locations that have file/folder named "picon"

It is possible that your system does not support SNPs. I am pretty sure Blackhole 2.17 does, but somone will need to confirm.

Firstly, delete the picon folder in /usr/share/enigma2/
Replace the picon folder with a newly downloaded one. It is your choice as to whether you use the same location or USB stick. This will confirm whether your system supports SNPs.

hi i am running the latest blackhole image alawys had my picons folder in user share enigma 2 i ran the updater yesterday said my picons was updated but when i press ok to bring up info bar at bottom of image in left hand corner some channels have picon some show the rat sign here is some of the channels that has no picon syfi gold universal cbs drama cbs reatily and so on is there something i need to change

i have deleted old picon folder put in the new one ran the updater still the same as the skin i am using is darksky

Remove everything inside picon folder
reboot receiver
run picon plugin and make sure it find the folder in root
once finished see if picons are there
if not reboot again
this should be OK now

yes picons are showing say in sports lfc and boxnation no picon all the rest ok in enterament a lot with no picons and a lot have and also a good few missing in movies never had that problem

Delete the picon folder in /usr/..... and restart the receiver.

Can you upload the picon set that you are using please. Please do not post a link or say which ones you are using. Better to see exactly what you are using.

Can you also post a screenshot showing the missing picons.

Can you, from Telnet, type:

and post what, if anything is displayed after.

This will check that there are no other folders named "picon" at all.

You are being very uncooperative. If you don't understand, don't know how to do something say so.

You can also try the following:

Delete the picon folder on your receiver. Double check you do not have any other picon folders on your receiver/storage devices connected to it.

Install the attached ipk.
The picons will be installed on root of internal memory, i.e /picon/
If they do not work, uninstall it from the plugin menu.

In addition to this (in case it wasn't obvious), restart your box after you have installed picons ipk provided.

Important thing is to ensure you don't have any other folder named picon before trying to install this picon set. The most common locations of picon (for removal purposes) are:-

"/picon"
"/media/hdd/picon"
"/media/usb/picon"
