philips LCD tv- HDMI

Hi guys,

I bought a philips LCD tv 6 months ago and when I installed it, I buried the aerial wire and the scart lead in the wall so they couldnt be seen. I know now that I should have put a HDMI lead in there as well but I didnt, the reason being is that we use cable tv and dont want to change as of yet but when we do decide to change is there anything on the market that would send a HDMI signal from say a sky box to my tv without all the leads?????
