PC`s any good?

right guys im looking to get a new/used desktop
for myself have a look at these and let me know if any good for price ans which is best,
the guy has loads.....
what am after is
...something fast,
at least 2gb ram+
80gb hard drive+ ......i use a 500gb external hd so does not need to be big.
dual core or pen4+
monitor 17inc+
all above are minimal
am not so glued on all the pc tec stuff ie which is best.

mainly use it to design pics using photoshop/ulead etc
so a good graphic card is wat i need also?
and for down loading.

been looking at these 2, if ya see better please tell me cheers NJ

the dual core one sounds better to me, but it only has 1 gig of memory.

seems to have better graphics too.

ask the seller is he can upgrade the memory for you or get your self some and do it your self.

sometimes when using PS/UL it slows down on me cos of virtual memory is low,

i think its too little ram.

virtual memory is what windows uses from the HD.

you can adjust virtual memory to a higher amount if you need too

i forgot to say it could also be that you havent got much disc space left...

delete something off your hard drive

only if there is room on the hard drive
try clearing some room and see if it solves the problem

Have you tried novatech for a barebones system you just add hdd and opticle drive and obv keyboard mouse.I have orderd 3 barebones systems of them in the past and always been top notch.Plus come free next day delivery
i find them the best barebones systems on the internet never found a company who do them like them yet tbh.

Ok mate np tbh it really isnt that hard and they give you instructions but if your not sure what your doing it can be quiet daunting lol.And thank you for that site got a couple of good deals on there never heard of that site tbh.
