Pace 4010 Ex&cw

my 4010 use to work in the cw area ..anyway now it last for about 20mins and then drops connection ..unplug and another 20mins watching time....card ok running mosc ...freq is right netid is right ..talkback cut
its is on and old sw and wont update to vm
any ideas

i maybe wrong mate, probably i am but i fought the 4010 were for pure only

not sure ...but 4010 have worked up cw for ages

i know someone with 4010 ex c/w still working, still on old CR3 software so i dont think its something Virgin have done

yep this is on cr3 light blue bar seems kinda strange tho working for 20mins then dropping out

what do u mean drops ? loses channels , power , signal ???

sorry m8 miss read it , if its losing connection i would :

remove all splitters
make sure the connectin on the back of box is good ( they brake lose over time )


remove and replace red jumper ( YOU WILL LOSE NET ID AND FRQ WILL NEED TO BE REDONE)


listen for any buzzing from caps ( might want 2 apply a little heat to test ) remove and replace faulty 1's

inspect booter amps (voltmeter)

yep loses all channels and signal ...EM says lost davic connection

got my hands on another 4010 thats doing the same thing ....lost davic connection.....
what other net id works in ex c/w stoke other than 41060 41063

you can also try 41048, i am in a 41060 area and that still works here(41048)
