Openbox s9 problems

Hi folks,

This is my first post so I'm sorry if anything has been asked before!

I am relatively new to all this and have an openbox s9 hd receiver with ccam for my viewing! I finally seem to be getting to grips with all the ccam stuff but I am not 100% happy with the service I get from it!

i seem to find that the picture is often very jumpy and that the box can freeze for no apparent reason!

is this normal with the openboxes or does anyone know how I can sort this? As I said my knowledge is very limited but I am keen to learn!

Agree with the above two post you can look on the internet for test lines to confirm.
