Run Belarc Advisor and it will give you the generic name of your motherboard which will help with locating drivers.

From what I can tell the NR138 is based on the Intel 845GV chipset. You can get the drivers for that from

Intel® 845 Chipset Family - Chipset information and downloads

These should get you at least part way there. The rest we can deal with once you get that far.

I had to do a similar thing for an obscure HP heap of horsesh*t last week and was not prepared to pay driverguide for the privalege. Having identified the chipset, the rest was a piece of cake and the system now works fine

i've managed to track down all teh drivers apart from teh ethernet driver?

try system,device manager then properties on the hardware and details tab and see if it says the device id
