Seems good to me, what about hard drive, case, PSU, DVD burner?

I say get a 500gb Samsung Spinpoint hard drive, a psu by either Corsair, Enermax, OCZ, Seasonic, Antec, FSP, 450W or above will be fine.

Also on the graphics card front, I have noticed eBuyer sell the 3850 512mb overclocked version for 109 quid which seems like a great buy also, but any 3850 will be good value for money and will play any game ever created, even Crysis on decentish settings. (With Crysis it all depends on what resolution your playing at).

Overall that looks like a great setup, it is worth doing some research just to see if their are any conflicts with that XFX board and patriot ram, you will probably be ok but in the past I have had some baords be picky with which ram they will accept. Worth checking out before you take the plunge and purchase just to be on the safe side.

Ive Also seen this with Ram before, Good advice
As for psu I wouldnt go for a cheap one with out PCB built in.Mine failed after Six months on a New build :( . And would have been gutted if it killed my mobo or cpu aswel.
Some offer lifetime warranty,
