lost all channel listing etc.

Need help guys. I have technomate twin with the latest openvix build, but somehow I seem to have lost all my channel listing and can't see setup menu etc on the screen. Still have all the channels which I can see on the box displayand can watch them. The only thing I have done lately is put icefilms on the box which I ftp'd. After installing I still could see everything but then all of a sudden everything went. I'm really confused, hope somebody can help me. Thanks in advance. Hope I've post to the right place?

Panic is over. I removed usb from back of the unit and hey presto its all back. Still stumped though. :err:

Was using it for timeshift but it must have got corrupted somehow
