Libby keeps resetting my Pace 1000

Hi All

I am trying to set the network ID on my pace 1000. This is what i am doing

I connect the box via the serial cable,

power up the the

see loads of info on the pc via Libby

Then the box powers off and I get comm error on PC

If I disconnect the serial cable the box stays on fine after reconnecting the power.

As soon as I try again with the serial lead connected the box loses power.

I tried it on my other pace 1000 and it sets the network Id fine..

Any Ideas please as I have pulled the red jumper loads to see if that works

if you have a fun card do it that way i did mine the other day, man was it easy...easier than libby, it took me two mins if that start to finish including programming of the card.
