Now that's odd my son has just said the same thing he is trying todo the latest update to 7.04 and it keeps saying no internet connection.

WAS ON THE PHONE 4 HOURS TO APPLE
BASICly IF IN WARRANTY THEY WILL SWOP IT
IF NOT THEY MAY SWOP IT OR CHARGES YOU TO FIX IT.
