I have just bought a kryptview a780 after having a starview 7. I am having problems getting channels. Can get just normal channels but nothing else at the moment. I must be doing something wrong. Has anyone got any advice:eatarrow:

Do you have the latest firmware on the box?

boxes are freeview only until unless you flash them with "unofficial" firmware.
if you don't have the option to connect to server that proberly means you have the offical FTA firmware on box.
you will need a few bits and pieces to do this.
1. a computer with a seriel port or a seriel adaptor that works.
2. a null modem cable
and some software.
1. kryptview loader.
2. latest firmware.
the flashing process is quite easy,
i'm sure there is a tutorial on here somewhere, cat find it atm but there are good guides on you-tube....
your box will have to be connected to internet as well as cable feed..

id take it back to the shop anyway m8 get your money back there pish;-)
