How would I go about getting a digital floorplan?

Ok as mentioned previously currently building a new house, but the internal walls and floor space has changed since and I need to get some new floor plans some how...

Now im quite good when it comes to photoshop and that but I wouldnt be able to create accurate floor plans using that lol...

Whats the best solution? I can go round and take measurements of all the rooms but im assuming a few inches will come off once the plasterboard etc goes up...

Check out SmartDraw Bally, it's really easy to use and has great functionality.

Ok guys im really struggling to get my head around using smart draw any other cad type software... Is there anyone available who can help me do some plans if I give you the dimensions? I contacted a draftsmans but charging way tooo much and will continue to charge even if I want minor changes which are inevitable.

Seriously would be super grateful if anyone could help me out on this one.
