hi, ive got a panasonic TX32LXD60 and a new tv stand with a bult in bracket but i have no screws, the ones that came with it are too big. does anyone know what ones i need for this model?

I imagine the'll be metric machine screws something like M5 or M6??
Try B&Q as they have a few in those little blister packs in various sizes.
Take one of the long ones with you to compare, try it on a nut in the store to find out size/thread ;)

ok curly thanks...the diameter of the screws is the same as electrical screws for putting on light switches/plug sockets etc, i find it hard to believe how these small screws can hold the weight of an lcd tv! the bracket holes on the mounting plate are too big for the head of the electrical screws so i really need ones with big flat heads, just need the correct m size etc.

Socket screws are M3.5 (3.5mm) which seem small as you say.
Maybe they do shorpan-head M3.5 screws plus a washer??

Have you tried cutting down the srews that you have??
Use a junior hacksaw then file the tip ;)

i dont need to cut them down curly, theyre too big diamater wise not length wise
