help port fwd / No-Ip

Hi all,
i am going away this week so want to be able to remotly access my dreambox from an external internet source

i currently steam fine around the house using the boxes internal IP address and open webif interface.

i am using BT fibre and a HH4

i know i need a static IP and i have setup a No-IP account .
in No-IP website i set my account up as host type: DNS Host (A)
and input my external IP address.

however in the Home hub4 im not sure im doing everything i should .

ive selected my dreambox and selected ports 8080 and 21 for both TCP and UDP
im really not sure what else to do or how to get this working...
ive become a bit stuck and frustrated i have googled etc.. just getting lost :/

ok ive got a little further and got it working.. however the stream isnt very good.. i have 6mb up connection on my BB.
also on the webif interface under plugsins it says the http: port is 00080 and streaming port is 08001.
at the moment on my BT HH4 i set up both these ports.

which is the actual port required? 80? and if so whats the other port for? i also put the vu+ app on my iphone and put in my http:xxxxx.no-ip.org address in and streams ok but i thats selected on port 80

also is there anyway to secure the box as anyone who knows my no-ip domain can login and watch tv cant it be passworded?
