Help with EPG, E-Channelizer, & IP Streams please on zgemma h2s

Hi all,

I wonder if you can help, i have the latest wooshbuild 10 and E-channlizer 20.0 and with IPTV streams i copy the e-channlizer reference on the left and copy them into the IP stream to get the EPG...

for a Few channels

universal
universal+1
Fox+1
Syfy
E!
Sly Cinema Hits
Sly ports premier league

No matter what i do the EPG wont populate for those channels. All other channels are ok. I use EPG importer I have even gone as for factory reset!!! and followed wooshes easy setup..

What is the problem?? im in the UK sats 28.E Astra 2E/2F/2G....or what is the correct Stream reference E-Channlizer is wrong??
