Help on flashing

I have a dongle I brought from ebay with a PIC 18F2455-1/sp chip. It has PSGroove on it and works fine but I would like to know how it's programmed.

Has anyone got a 2455 dongle that can explain the programming procedure or poing me to a tut/right direction.

i just bought one from ebay self mad jobby dont know if its the same but i asked the seller and he gave me these files bud

yip good guy although myusb broke off iv had to solder on on a extension but all good
