Help needed - done - installed upgraded or removed 1 package (1 error))

Hello i tired to install this plugin but i keep getting an error message and then nothing happens can some one please help me out. heres the link which im using to download https://www.digitalworldz.co.uk/index.php?resources/3668/

im not sure if im doing it right, im installing this using the zgemma and there is a section called plugins and inside that its called media scanner i then select the file and get ( done - installed upgraded or removed 1 package (1 error))

Hi again, ive been playing about with the zGemma and i managed to install a skin file just to test it out but i kept getting this error message sadly

Well obviously it python related the one thing that sticks out here is the VIX image is not officially supported on the Zgemma and it may patched with other files to get the image to run.

Just speculation but its possible this could be the reason .
